A small 4" Cleaver intended for charcuterie, cheese boards, and the like. Made from high carbon tool steel from turn of the century American timber saws. Reclaimed old growth sugar pine handle, stainless steel pins, and a satin polished cutting edge, leaving the original tuxture from the saw on the rest of the blade.  All FullCircle knives come with a custom bamboo and walnut box.
