Ullaich (prepare) is a 13" carbon steel chef's knife, with a 7.5" blade. It is well balanced and handsome, with a Paduk wood handle.
Our knifes are made from re-purposed, mid-century, high carbon steel. They sharpen to perfection, and hold an edge beautifully.

•Wash right away after use with warm soapy water, and dry immediately with a cloth. Do NOT put knife in the dishwasher!
•Carbon steel will darken over time with use. This is a metal patina, it is perfectly natural and not the same as rust.
