Inspired by the Japanese tradition of Shou Sugi Ban, surface burning wood as a method of preservation/finish, these candle holders have been charred to a deep matte black, that sets off the texture of the grain.  Dramatic, as well as understated, these elegant modern candle holders will be at home in any decor.  All woods are sustainably forested domestic hardwoods.
 
This listing is for a set of our medium height candle holders in torch charred Ash wood.  You can choose from just the holders, or add a pair of our hand cast and dipped beeswax tapers.
